Working together with a team of experts from Casat, Bandas Cortés and Aro Consultores, PRADO SPS Handling & Storage has expanded the storage capacity in Casat’s animal feed factory by installing a new line of 5 silos.
This extension of 5 hopper bottom silos enables product separation and direct loading of trucks, so providing a quicker, more versatile dispatch process. This new solution is composed of two separate conveyor lines for flour and feed respectively, and a set of silos which not only expand the storage capacity but also speed up the dispatch process.We are very pleased with the positive results and are already working on a second improvement project.
